Benefits of RC-15 – Rust Converter
- It removes corrosion from the rusted surface and forms automatically a coating over the metal surface thereby removing corrosion without losing the weight of metal
- Re-Rusting process is hindered in this type of formulation.
- This coating is an ideal base for the subsequent protecting coat of paint
- It can readily apply over rusted surfaces where it is not possible to prepare the surface due to inadequate accessibility due to size, quantity etc
Method of Application of RC-15 – Rust Converter
- Clean the rusted surface to remove oil or Grease if any
- Use RC-15 - Rust Converter by brush or dip process of the rusted surface
- Within few minutes the chemical reaction starts and removes the rust
- Keep the surface away from water and allow it to dry for 24 hours
- Iron surface is now free from rust & ready to apply for subsequent coating of Paint
